Registration

The NYSAMCC Board of Directors would like to welcome you to attend our annual conference. It is a great way to fulfill your education requirements. At the conference, you will have the opportunity to meet with instructors and participate in live question/answer sessions.  All participants are required to pay the registration fee.

• Confirmation of your Reservation will be e-mailed only using the information provided on this form.
• For your convenience, receipts will be emailed directly to your NYCOURTS email address.
• If using a credit card, please use this link for payment. VALUE PAYMENT SYSTEMS ONLINE PAYMENT. This will open a new window for you to submit the payment.
• Credit Card payments will be accepted via Value Payment Systems a 2.25% for credit cards and 1.25% for Debit cards fee will apply for using this service.  If you choose to pay by check, please send check to NYSAMCC, Inc, P.O. Box 31, Stillwater, NY 12170
• Reservations received after the conference room block is full will be accepted on an availability basis.
• Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival date. Registration Fee is nonrefundable.
• Check in time is 4:00 PM – Check out time is 12:00 PM.
• Telephone reservations will not be accepted.  You must use this form.
• Reservations will be guaranteed from date of arrival to date of departure, as confirmed and credit will not be given for missed meals.
• Add roommate name ONLY if applicable.
